The way we communicate has evolved over the years. From hieroglyphics to letters and now to the 21stcentury hieroglyphics, emojis. We are always changing and interpreting the way we communicate. Companies have started hiring younger employees and the veteran workers are retiring much later. This means that a typical business will have a total of 4-6 generations under the same roof. Communicating with people is hard enough, now we need to think about different generations. This session will focus on the upbringing of different generations and how to understand them, bring awareness to the best communication practices in a digital environment and how to pivot your online presence to best communicate with a younger audience.
