Williams & Fudge Inc. Hires Jon Balon as Vice President of Product and Innovation

Jon Balon recently joined the leadership team of Williams & Fudge Inc. in Rock Hill, S.C., as vice president of product and innovation. In his new role, Balon is responsible for advocating for the consumer and client experience within Williams & Fudge, while coordinating across all lines of business to maintain a holistic approach for customer/client experience initiatives, according to a news release from the ACA International member company. He will be working closely with marketing and the consumer experience teams, to enhance processes and ensure brand aesthetics, related to product presentation.

“I love to build solutions using technology and I feel that my passion for innovation aligned with the goals and objectives held by Williams & Fudge,” Balon said. “I am grateful for the opportunity to join such an amazing organization and extremely excited for what we will achieve together.”

In his previous role as VP, Financial Services Solutions Delivery with RevSpring Inc., Balon oversaw a team focused on continually improving the onboarding experience and streamlining the process, benefiting both the client and RevSpring. He led product and innovation initiatives at RevSpring and Ontario Systems through a variety of roles, always focused on delivering the right solution for the job. Balon’s passion is on working with people to turn ideas into reality, ultimately making an impact for team members, clients and the community.
