I’ll take, It’s a Jeopardy!® Showdown!, for $200. That’s right, ACA International is again hosting a virtual version of the popular TV trivia game show from 7-8 p.m. CDT, Wednesday, Sept. 30.
In the first game, “Fall Into Trivia,” everyone can participate. All attendees will receive a game link when you join the happy hour on the day of the event. Not so great at trivia? You can watch the fun as your colleagues take on a variety of topics like pop culture, 1980s, music, movies, history, science and more. (No worries, we keep it pretty simple!)
If that’s not enough, a final round of Jeopardy!® will be held from 7-8 p.m. CST, Wednesday, Dec. 18. “Can You Take on the Champions?,” the final game of the year, will feature a head-to-head friendly competition between participants and our champions from previous games: Jack Gordon, CEO of WebRecon, and Richard Perr, co-managing partner at Kaufman Dolowich Voluck LLP. Also, share your favorite holiday drink recipes!

These events support ACA International’s Political Action Committee (ACPAC), which helps amplify the voice of the accounts receivable management industry with key decisionmakers. It helps create opportunities for engagement and education and it is a key tool in our advocacy toolbox.
This year ACA members have faced an unprecedented number of threats to business operations. Read more about our advocacy efforts in our advocacy book updated in August 2020.
There are some restrictions on who can participate and restrictions on contributions to PACs. Thankfully there are other ways to help ACA’s advocacy efforts, including funding the ACPAC Administrative Fund, to allow all general fund contributions to be used for direct contribution
The best part about the Admin Fund is that it can be supported through personal and corporate donations.
Our Jeopardy Happy Hour is just one way that we are trying to raise funds for the Admin Fund. Join us on Sept. 30 and Dec. 18 for some friendly competition, and if you can, help make sure that ACPAC and our advocacy has a lasting impact by contributing to the ACPAC Administrative Fund today!
Are you interested in hosting one of these happy hours? Contact Ted Smith at [email protected] or call (952) 259-2107 to learn more about sponsorship opportunities. Sponsorships will benefit the ACA Political Action Committee Administrative Fund. To learn more about ACPAC, visit ACA’s website.
