ACA International’s unit leadership has selected a great group of member attorneys to serve their respective states as the 2018-2019 Attorney State Chairs.

The Attorney State Chair Program is designed to give ACA units and their members access to an attorney licensed to practice law in their state. These new state chairs have generously volunteered to take calls and be available as legal resources and to refer attorneys and assist their unit as schedules permit.
ACA established the Attorney State Chair Program to increase communication and engagement between association attorney members at the national level and ACA members at the affiliated state/regional unit level.
Attorney State Chair Program participants serve a crucial role, working in their community and throughout their state to strengthen relationships between attorneys and their member clients, recruit new members and increase the participation of members in ACA and unit activities.
In addition, the volunteers work as valuable resources for ACA and unit efforts, identifying issues that may have a legislative or regulatory impact at the state or federal level.
