Mingle and network with your peers while supporting advocacy efforts at ACA International’s 2021 Convention & Expo in Las Vegas.

Do you have virtual meeting and online social gathering fatigue? There have been benefits to connecting virtually this past year, but ACA International is ready to meet in person and help members network and learn with their colleagues during the 2021 Annual Convention & Expo.

With that in mind, ACA is offering several networking opportunities for attendees in person at the event, July 28-30 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

On Thursday, July 29, support ACA’s bipartisan Political Action Committee (ACPAC) and practice your golf swing during an outing at Topgolf, sponsored by Nationwide and BillingTree.

Whether you are a beginner or an advanced golfer, Topgolf provides an experience everyone can enjoy. Food and drinks will be provided, so come try for a few hole-in-ones (in a climate-controlled hitting bay) and join us for a night of fun on the third level at Topgolf Las Vegas.

This is a 21+ event and you are responsible for your own transportation to and from the venue. Tickets for this event are $225 per person and proceeds will benefit the ACPAC administrative fund.

Additional fun activities that will help dust off your networking skills include the Dinner with Strangers event and Young Professionals Happy Hour on Wednesday, July 28.

Dinner with Strangers and the Young Professionals Happy Hour are popular activities to meet new people.

During Dinner with Strangers, you won’t know which Las Vegas hot spot you’ll be eating at (or which ACA members you’ll be dining with) until 15 minutes before dinner time. Join the fun and sign up today—space is limited. No additional registration fee is required—you pay for your own transportation, dinner and drinks.

ACA created the Young Business Professionals Group on our online member community, The Hub (login required), before the 2019 Convention & Expo in San Diego. The group provides opportunities for young professionals in the accounts receivable management (ARM) industry to connect, share experiences and foster ideas for the future of the industry. ACA encourages members to join and participate in group discussions on The Hub before the convention.

Register today for access to these additional networking opportunities throughout the convention:

  • First-time attendees are invited to a reception to meet each other and interact with ACA staff and other members at 2 p.m. PDT July 28. A reception for the Women in Collections Resource Council (WICRC), a women’s mentorship and education group within ACA’s membership, will be held from 4:45-5:45 p.m. July 29. The reception is designed to serve as an organizing event to encourage women to network, share information and continue discussions about membership with the WICRC.
  • Day one of the convention’s networking events will conclude with the welcome reception and opening of the Innovation Stage, showcasing fresh ideas and resources from ACA’s affiliate members in the Expo Hall.

It’s been a whirlwind year and ACA is beyond excited to welcome you back to in-person networking and learning. The annual convention will feature education and business solutions as well as important ARM industry updates.

A sneak peek of the full agenda is available on the convention website.

Register today to join ACA for the 2021 Annual Convention & Expo, and book your hotel room early to get one in ACA’s room block close to the meeting space. Rooms in the Palace Tower are just an elevator ride away from the meeting space. Rooms in the Julius Tower are a short walk away. ACA’s room block includes a discounted resort fee.
