Spring Forum & Expo: A New Vision for 2020

ACA International’s premier spring industry event in 2020—the Spring Forum & Expo—is coming to the M Resort Las Vegas March 11-13, 2020 with reimagined, revamped and refreshed education for the accounts receivable management industry.

Register now for exclusive opportunities to learn about how technology impacts the way we do business.

The two new education tracks include ForwardTECH and business intelligencein addition to a third track of seminars that meet the requirements of ACA’s popular compliance designations. A new direction at this meeting will bring a new audience, making Spring Forum the perfect opportunity for you to connect and learn new business strategies from industry peers.

ACA designed the new and timely ForwardTECH track to help keep our membership abreast of the changes that will open the door of opportunity for the ARM industry.

Now that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has announced proposed rules in the process of finalization, the industry is posed for a technological revolution surrounding the way we conduct business and communicate with consumers as well as the businesses third-party collectors represent.

Business intelligence education at the Spring Forum & Expo will help professionals learn new strategies to incorporate best practices into your organization. Relying on compliance and operations alone is no longer enough. The landscape of data and business intelligence is everchanging—and it’s changing fast. Despite countless ways to accumulate information and unite people, the environment has become more challenging and corporations need to also get back to business basics that are working for successful enterprises.

Education at Spring Forum comes with the added benefit of earning designations offered by ACA.

Attend every course required in achieving your Credit and Collection Compliance Officer (CCCO) designation. Hoping to attend other tracks while still earning a designation? You can also attend three of four required courses required for the Credit and Collection Compliance Professional (CCCP) designation, with the fourth course available online.

Visit the 2020 Spring Forum & Expo website for more details coming soon and to register today. ACA’s room rate for the M Resort Las Vegas is also available through Feb. 17, 2020.
