The Southwest Collectors Association (SWCA) is offering a free webinar to ACA International members March 25 exploring tools required to establish a consumer complaint response and tracking program within your agency.
SWCA President Ron Brown, IFCCE, president-CEO of Collection Services International, will demonstrate the tools required to establish a consumer complaint and tracking program that will meet the requirements of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
