We know ACA International members are doing their part every day to work with consumers and are currently seeing unprecedented inbound calls and positive feedback for helping consumers through these trying times … and we want to help spread the word.
We also know ACA members remain committed to helping consumers specifically through having training and hardship in place to help consumers make arrangements that best suit their unique financial situations.
Sharing your stories about how consumers are utilizing these hardship programs will help us inform Congress about the critical role of the industry in ensuring that consumers can continue to access credit and services. These stories will be used in advocacy messaging to prevent legislation on Capitol Hill in response to COVID-from impacting the industry’s work in helping consumers.
