We’re looking for members and accounts receivable management industry professionals interested in speaking on diversity and inclusion in the collections process during an engaging discussion at the annual convention.

Planning for ACA International’s 2021 Annual Convention & Expo (which is now open for registration) is in full swing and we’re trying a few new things this year, including hosting a panel discussion on diversity and inclusion focused on the collections process. ACA has an application for interested speakers that is due by the end of the day Wednesday, May 19.
Proposed topics for the panel to discuss would include, but are not limited to, unconscious bias, accurate use of pronouns, recognizing and being open to diverse idea developments, and more.
