ACA International will present four new hot topic webinars in July to enhance training available for members.
Hot Topics are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays the second and third week of the month, allowing members to plan to attend the trainings on a regular basis.
On top of collector development, ACA’s Hot Topic sessions will continue to focus on legal and compliance and operations and offer interested speakers the option to submit an idea for a “wild card” training, which will be held the third week of the month.
Here are the webinars slated for July:
July 21: Leadership for Sales Success During COVID-19
Marc Trezza, president/CEO, Search Net Corporation, will present insights and strategies on how agencies can turn the COVID-19 crisis into sales opportunities while improving client relations. July 23: Improved Engagement Strategies by Compliantly Connecting to your Customer by Text

Learn how to get your department out of defensive mode when it comes to collections. This session will conclude with a group discussion and Q and A session, with time for reflection.
