Here are the remaining Hot Topic courses planned for December:

Collectors – What They Really Need to Know About Reg F

By now you know what Reg F is and the impact it has on the ARM industry since Nov. 30, 2021. Implementation has probably been challenging, and almost every role in the organization has been impacted…including you: the collector. This courser will provide you with a brief refresher on the changes that went into effect and how they are impacting collectors’ communications with consumers. Speakers Elizabeth Conklin, CCCO, director, organizational training at State Collection Service Inc., Kristen Rowles, director, organizational development and training at The CBE Group Inc., and Greg Ruffino, director of training at Williams and Fudge Inc. will lead this hot topic course.

This course is from 3 to 4 p.m. CDT Dec. 14. Visit the course webpage to register.

Non-Reg F End of the Year Recap – State/Local Highlights from Coast to Coast

The ARM industry saw a flurry of activity in 2021. Although Reg F has been the center of attention for much of 2021, states and municipalities from coast to coast were busy legislating and regulating the ARM industry too. Join us as we review highlights, trends, and tips for operationalizing all things non-Reg F from 2021. ACA International’s Vice President of Government and State Affairs Andrew Madden, Senior  Counsel Colin Winkler, and Lauren Valenzuela, corporate counsel at Actuate Law LLC will lead this hot topic.

This course is from 2 to 3 p.m. CDT Dec. 16. Visit the course webpage to register.
