Professional Finance Company (PFC) is proud to announce the promotion of six of its team members in various roles at its headquarters in Greeley, Colo.
Charles M. Shoop, Esq. is the new executive vice president and Nicholas Prola, Esq. will serve as general counsel.
Scott Miller is the company’s new quality assurance/business analyst, Joanna Kapsch is in a new role as late stage supervisor, and Nathan Whitney and Britni Holman were promoted to early stage supervisors.
Shoop, a five-year employee at PFC, previously served as general counsel—a role in which he leveraged his prior experience as a business litigation attorney. As executive vice president, Shoop assumes primary responsibility for establishing PFC’s strategic vision, ensuring that PFC’s operational activities align with that vision, fostering a culture that reflects PFC’s core values and ensuring that PFC’s strategy, culture and operations advance its mission, according to a news release from the company.
Prola, also a five-year employee of PFC, will continue in his role as director of compliance in addition to serving as general counsel. His keen business sense, unwavering integrity, commitment to PFC’s core values, and unparalleled grasp of the legal and regulatory landscape affecting the accounts receivable industry all uniquely position Prola to succeed in his new role as general counsel, according to the news release.
Scott Miller, a 13-year employee of PFC in a wide variety of positions, was the ideal candidate for the company’s newly created quality assurance/business analyst position. In this new role, Miller will assume primary responsibility for advancing PFC’s comprehensive quality assurance program and enhancing PFC’s use of business analytics. Miller’s broad and extensive knowledge of PFC’s operations equip him for success in this new role.
An invaluable part of PFC’s team, Kapsch is the new late stage supervisor following her most recent position as early stage supervisor. She is a nine-year employee of PFC in addition to previous accounts receivable management experience.
Nate Whitney and Britni Holman are new early stage supervisors on the company’s team. During his three years with the company, Whitney wore many hats, including account representative, client services representative and most recently part-time supervisor, a role in which he honed his leadership skills.
Holman has been with PFC for four years, serving on both the early stage and late stage teams. Holman brings previous leadership experience and a great track record with PFC to her new role.
