PCS Express: FDCPA Essentials for the ARM Industry

The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is the primary federal law governing the accounts receivable management industry. As a professional debt collector, it is essential to know the consumer’s rights and your responsibilities under the FDCPA. This course is required for several ACA designations, beginning with the Professional Collection Specialist. for more options. If you are completing the PCS series, be sure to also register for Essential Collection Skills and Techniques.
