All facets of the accounts receivable management industry came together this week for ACA International’s 2019 Fall Forum & Expo at The Drake Hotel in Chicago—members, ACA leadership, vendors with business solutions and regulators including the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Policy Associate Director Tom Pahl.

Pahl, in conversation with ACA CEO Mark Neeb, was the featured speaker at the opening session titled "CFPB Rulemaking: Our Comments Are In – Now What?” Thursday, Nov. 7.

The event featured several add-on seminars available as part of advanced compliance designations; education on Telephone Consumer Protection Act compliance; management-focused sessions on training and hiring and a bustling Expo Hall.
