Participation has its Benefits: ACA International Recognizes Fall Forum & Expo Attendees

Selected participants in legal, compliance/operations and healthcare sessions won registration passes to an educational teleseminar and the 2018 Spring Forum & Expo.
A new feature of the 2017 Fall Forum & Expo places the spotlight on attendees who are dedicated to moving the industry forward through education.
As part of the recognition, several attendees of the recent event in Chicago received free registration to the upcoming 2018 Spring Forum & Expo and a teleseminar of their choosing. Winners were selected by ACA’s Certified Instructors in legal education, compliance/operations and healthcare through a random drawing process.

ACA International offers a variety of educational opportunities throughout the year and recently added two new designations for a total of seven available for members.
The two new designations include:
The Professional Collection Management (PCM) designation, which recognizes individuals who have responsibility for managing collectors and the collection floor. Individuals who want to pursue this designation must first hold the Professional Collection Specialist designation.
The Collection Industry Professional (CIP) designation, which recognizes individuals who have a management role in any part of an organization. Individuals who want to pursue this designation must also hold the Professional Collection Specialist designation.
