ACA International is seeking speaker and topic proposals for next year’s Convention & Expo coming to Chicago.
Do you have ideas for operations sessions, such as applying technology and potential regulations to your business, to help your fellow members and accounts receivable management (ARM) industry professionals succeed?
If you are an innovator, expert or game changer, then our members want to hear from you for help paving the way to define the future of the industry.
For example, this year ACA launched a new operations track for the 2019 Fall Forum & Expo: The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Technology & the Future to cover some of the most pressing issues in the ARM industry.
This track at ACA’s premier fall conference covers how organizations will leverage the use of technologies currently available and those that may be covered under the rule.
Operations discussions tailored toward ARM professionals’ day-to-day work and compliance in the industry are essential as regulations, state and federal laws continue to change.
ACA is particularly interested in presentation topics including the CFPB’s proposed rules and the impact on the industry, collector hiring and management, data security and health care collection trends, among others.
For more information, visit the 2020 Convention & Expo website and watch your email for events and education updates.
Proposals are due Friday, Nov. 15, 2019, and may be submitted online by clicking here. If you have questions, contact Kelly Sieberg at (952) 259-2145 or [email protected].
ACA invites everyone to consider submitting topic ideas for presentations even if you are not interested in submitting a speaker proposal. All topics will be considered even if a potential speaker for that subject is not identified. Exhibit and sponsor proposals are also available. Sign up today by contacting Ashley Driste at 952-259-2137 or e-mail [email protected].
