Northwood Asset Management Group (NAMG) recently worked together to support the Friends of Night People through a coordinated donation drive. Friends of Night People helps the Buffalo community by providing food and necessities to address the effects and impact of poverty, according to a news release from the ACA International member company.
“Homelessness, hunger, and poverty are real concerns, not just across America, but right here in our Buffalo back yards,” said Ashley Battaglia, administration at Northwood Asset Management Group. “We have a shared responsibility to be a part of the larger movement to drive meaningful and impactful change for the most vulnerable in our community.”
NAMG launched a company-wide donation drive to deliver items of daily necessity to Friends of Night People, such as non-perishable food, socks, personal hygiene products, baby formula, and more. The company matched all donations from employees.
"Friends of Night People is a worthy local organization that has been helping to improve the quality of life for our neighbors for half a century. Through our donation, we believe that we can be a part of the larger movement to spark positive change, not only through a measure of small assistance to those experiencing homelessness and poverty, but also through helping to fund services that support the greater community,” said NAMG President Andrew Fanelli. “Northwood Asset Management is striving to do our part through meaningful action. We are honored to partner with Friends of Night People and provide aid at a time that is most urgent in the lives of our neighbors in need.”
