Nordis Technologies Announces Technology and Client Services Staff Changes

Nordis Technologies recently promoted Suzzi Morrison to chief  technology officer of the innovative customer communication management and payments solutions company, an ACA International member in Coral Springs, Fla.

As part of her new role, Morrison, the company’s former vice president of technology, will lead the software development and information technology teams.

“Suzzi has demonstrated an unwavering passion and commitment to our company and clients. She brought deep hospitality vertical experience to our business and has expanded that expertise to all of the markets we serve,” Ronnie Selinger, founder, president and CEO of Nordis Technologies, said in a news release.

Meanwhile, the company also recently hired Nicole Miller as vice president of client services. Miller has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, technology, revenue cycle management, election services software and business operations. Selinger noted that Miller has a strong background to lead the company’s client services team.

“She also has extensive experience at implementing and supporting technology products and services for fast-growing companies like Nordis,” Selinger said. “Nicole puts clients at the center of everything she does to ensure an excellent customer experience.”

Prior to joining Nordis Technologies, Miller was the chief operating officer of a technology start-up that specialized in developing artificial intelligence for predicting customer engagement and satisfaction.

“I’ve been impressed with Nordis Technologies for many years,” Miller said in a news release. “I know firsthand how its technology gives clients the power, control and flexibility to transform how they manage customer communications and payments. I’m excited to be a part of this talented and dedicated team where I can help clients use Nordis to strengthen their customer relationships and build their competitive advantage.”
