It’s been a year this week since the pandemic drastically changed the way we do business in the accounts receivable management (ARM) industry. Six months ago, Leslie Bender, IFCCE, senior counsel at Clark Hill PLC, James Beck, COO at MRS BPO LLC, and Hal Trapp, director at Receivables Solutions Inc., answered members’ questions about work-from-home strategies and productivity on the ACA Huddle.
They focused on how to be successful at working-from-home without sacrificing compliance, client satisfaction or the consumer’s experience.
On March 10, Bender, Beck and Trapp will return to the ACA Huddle to share how their predictions from six months ago played out and discuss their thoughts on the future of the work-from-home model in the ARM industry.
Each ACA Huddle, sponsored by Connect International, Solutions by Text, Pay N Seconds and QBE, also features an update on the current landscape for receivables businesses from a federal and state advocacy perspective, as well as compliance.
