You can be at the forefront of learning how the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s proposed rules will affect how you do business by registering for ACA International’s 2019 Fall Forum & Expo Nov. 6-8 in Chicago.
ACA is currently working to submit comments on the proposed rule, due Sept. 18, and by the time Fall Forum & Expo is here, ACA will hone its curriculum to help guide accounts receivable management industry professionals and members through the next steps.
As part of the three-day event, #ACAFallForum19, ACA introduced a new education track, Operations: The CFPB, Technology & The Future, to cover some of the most pressing issues the ARM industry is currently facing.
This track at ACA’s premier fall conference covers how organizations will leverage the use of technologies currently available and those that may be covered under the rule.
You’ll learn answers to questions such as:
- What do businesses need to know about the emergence of new technologies?
- How should businesses operationally adjust their focus and manage their human resources?
- What needs to change with current industry technologies?
We want to hear from members and ARM professionals working in the field to prepare for the CFPB’s rule. If you have ideas for topics or session ideas to include in the Operations track, submit a 2019 Fall Forum RFP here.
