The ACA member company will contribute donations to various local organizations through September this year.

National Recoveries Inc. (NRI) announced its “Summer Give Back Program” focusing on raising money for local charitable organizations.

Employees of NRI, an ACA International member company in Arden Hills, Minn., have the opportunity to dress casual from July through September in exchange for voluntary charitable donations that will support local organizations.

In June, NRI donated proceeds from the program to the Wounded Warriors Project. The company expects to raise between $3,000 and $5,000 each month for the remainder of the program.

NRI has a strong history of community contributions. Over the years, the company has donated more than $200,000 to charities and/or programs in need, according to a news release.

For example, the company previously donated funds to provide scholarships to college students, Toys For Tots and an Adopt-a-Family Program through the Anoka County Department of Social Services.

In addition, NRI donated 6,744 pounds of food and more than $4,500 to local food shelves to generate more than 13,500 meals for families in need; volunteered to prepare meals with Feed My Starving Children; and performed community service through programs such as Adopt-a-Highway and a Minneapolis neighborhood clean-up project.
