ACA International’s Professional Practice Management System has a new look and focus to better provide agencies training they need today.

It’s time for a fresh look and feel. ACA International’s Professional Practice Management System (PPMS) has long been the leading certification in the accounts receivable management (ARM) industry. It helps companies reduce errors, enhance communication, adhere to industry standards and improve their bottom line. Agencies that achieve and maintain a PPMS certification have an advantage over their competition as clients know they can trust that a PPMS-certified agency is running efficiently and lawfully.
Since ACA launched PPMS back in 2001, the ARM industry has seen many changes, both in how agencies operate and communicate. That’s why the 13 members of ACA’s PPMS Committee drafted a proposal to the ACA Board of Directors to reshape and rebrand the certification to better provide agencies with what they need today.
In March, ACA’s Board of Directors accepted the proposal and after months of hard work, we’re proud to roll out the refreshed certification.
What’s changed? The certification is now called the Blueprint Quality Management System, and it includes new training materials to focus on contemporary methods, programs and circumstances.
Blueprint provides a foundation for ACA members to build ISO, HITRUST, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau exam and SOC1-2-3 certifications.
Blueprint-certified agencies have access to modern sales and marketing strategies for reaching out to members, vendors, creditors and law firms directly.
The Blueprint Quality Management System can help agencies further cut down on errors, increase communication among various departments, handle client issues in a more efficient and professional manner, achieve bottom-line improvement and increase recognition for adhering to an industry standard.
The ARM industry is not a one-size-fits-all industry. Blueprint comes with the flexibility to customize your agency’s procedures to produce the most effective outcomes.
