April is ACA International’s annual Collectors Challenge Month, a time when members can plan fun activities, raise money for the Loomer-Mortenson Scholarship Program and showcase the great work of the accounts receivable management industry.
ACA is embarking on its second week of Collectors Challenge Month activities April 12, which include giving back to the community through donations to a local food shelf and the ACA International Education Foundation (ACAEF).
We invite members to join us in similar activities.
After its success last year, ACA will again host a virtual walk/run/bike-a-thon throughout the month of April. Employees will pledge how much per mile they will walk/run/bike during Collectors Challenge and ACA will donate the total to the ACAEF.
Back by popular demand, employees can guess how many candies are in a jar for $1 per guess for a chance to win the jar of candy and a gift card.
ACA will host a virtual Jeopardy! game night on Thursday, April 29, and employees can purchase a $10 snack box for the event. All proceeds will be donated to the ACAEF.
ACA invites members to host similar fundraiser events. Additional ideas are available in the Collectors Challenge Toolkit.
Remember, Collectors Challenge is a fun way for member companies to work together for a good cause. By supporting the ACAEF, you can help create a more positive public image of the ARM industry and encourage your colleagues to take pride in their work.
Loomer-Mortenson Scholarship applications are available now and due May 14, 2021.
We encourage you and your staff to spread the word about your good work through social media networks. Remember, use #CollectorsChallenge2021 #Support4Good and #ACAMembersGiveBack @ACAIntl with your posts.
