FCRA Fundamentals – Duties of Furnishers (CCCO Designation)
The Fair Credit Reporting Act continues to be a hot topic and it's not letting up. If you crave some fundamentals on the FCRA, join this Core Curriculum with Debra Ciskey, IFCCE, executive vice president of CACi, to learn how to apply FCRA, Regulation V and consumer reporting agency (CRA) accuracy and integrity standards when reporting consumer information. Ciskey will also provide tips on how to differentiate between direct and CRA dispute investigation requirement and other goals for working with the FCRA. This is a required course for the Credit and Collection Officer designation.
