The compliance management system planning process for small to medium-sized agencies can require a different approach based on budget and staff resources.
To help, ACA International Certified Instructors Stephen Bernheim, Esq., attorney at law at Stephen A. Bernheim in Edmonds, Wash., and Melinda Chumbley, owner/manager at Discovery Financial Services in Vancouver, Wash., will demonstrate successful implementation of a compliance management system in a Hot Topic Seminar “Compliance for the Small to Medium-Size Agencies,” at 11 a.m. Central Oct. 18.
Attendees will learn how to create, implement and maintain an effective and customized system at a reasonable cost of time and money and earn 0.75 Professional Development Units (PDUs), which can be applied toward your renewal of the Credit and Collection Compliance Officer (CCCO) or Credit and Collection Compliance Professional (CCCP). Participants can also use the PDUs for achieving the Scholar and Fellow designations.
