Education is on the move at ACA International. Our new Express scheduling makes it easy for you to plan professional development.
Courses required for a featured designation will be scheduled in a weekly Monday/Wednesday/Friday series from 9:30-11 a.m. CDT, and are included for members who have purchased the All-Access Training Zone. ACA is also offering digital badges for members to proudly display their ACA designations through their email accounts, social media and websites.
The courses will help members collaborate with industry experts in real time and build connections with a cohort of peers and stay in touch via The Hub, and the ACA mobile app.
“We’ve had a wonderful response to our recorded, on-demand courses but our members still crave interaction,” said ACA’s Learning and Development Specialist Angela Czerlanis. “Nothing replaces a live session when it comes to learning critical skills and tips for continuous improvement. Plus, with the anticipation of the CFPB’s Regulation F for the FDCPA, building community and supporting each other on this new journey has never been more important.”
