ACA International’s Spring Forum & Expo is now an online event with many education opportunities and benefits with the goal to mirror in-person connections.

This year’s Spring Forum & Expo has been transformed into IGNITE: A Meeting for a New Paradigm. This event will be held virtually on March 24 and 25.
2020 caused, for many of us, a paradigm shift in how we think about business, and IGNITE is all about how we can charge forward into 2021 with a new business mindset. To do that, it will feature two education tracks:
Track one: Fueling Operation Transformation
Track two: Compliance, The New Tomorrow
In both tracks, professionals from various areas of the accounts receivable management industry will virtually present sessions developed to provide the latest knowledge on how we can adapt, transform and bring our businesses to the next level. Attendees will also have an opportunity to network and connect during the IGNITE sessions and online social events.
While an online event may be a little different than what we have done in the past, we’ve realized in the last year that they provide some unique benefits as well.
Some session recordings will be available, so participants will be able to access sessions even if they are not able to attend them live. For those who do attend live, attendees can ask questions and interact with instructors and other professionals in the session. Participants can also network in the online chat room and visit the Sponsor Showcase and Innovation Stage throughout the event.
ACA International is also planning social networking events for the Women in Collections Resource Council and other virtual activities to mix in some fun with the learning opportunities available at IGNITE.

If you’re looking for even more education or speaking opportunities, check out the 2021 ACA International Convention and Expo, which will be held July 28-30. Speaker proposals for Convention are due March 30.
