Ideas Wanted: ACA International 2021 Convention & Expo Speaker Proposals Due This Week

If you have ideas for presentations on accounts receivable management industry trends, compliance issues, health care issues or business solutions, we want to hear from you by the April 16 proposal deadline.

ACA is accepting speaker proposals for the ACA International 2021 Annual Convention & Expo, July 28-30 at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas.

Our planning team is working hard to establish safety protocols to make an in-person event possible for convention. While we look forward to welcoming members back to face-to-face education and networking, we are also planning for a virtual element for those members who are not quite ready to travel.

Don’t delay; speaker proposals are due Friday, April 16.

Fill out the application for consideration to speak at the event or forward the link to individuals you know would be an amazing addition to our speaker roster.

ACA’s convention will feature education, networking and business solutions.

ACA is particularly interested in presentation proposals on the following topics for convention:

  • Health Care Collections Trends
  • CFPB New Rule Implementation Best Practices
  • State Licensing Changes and Expectations
  • Data Security
  • Emerging Technology and Artificial Intelligence
  • Gamification
  • Compliance: What’s New, What’s the Same and What’s Reinvented?
  • Compliance Best Practices and Case Studies
  • Understanding Today’s Legal Landscape and Preparing for What’s Ahead
  • Rising Up, Transforming and Triumphing After the Unpredictable
  • Recruitment: Hiring and Onboarding to Build Agility
  • Creating a Culture with a Hybrid Workforce
  • Re-entry: Coming Back to the Office
  • Transparency, Empowerment, and Change On The Front Lines
  • Leading Leadership To Change
  • Building Our Resilience and Influence
  • Building a Dynamic Business Model
  • State Licensing Changes and Expectations
  • Leading Teams Through Technology
  • Economic/Industry Trends

About Presenting at Convention

Proposals will be evaluated and selected based on the following  criteria: originality, innovativeness, significance and depth of content, timeliness, and professional background of presenters.

Presentations will be 50 minutes for an in-person presentation, 60 minutes if part of the legal education track, or 40 minutes for a virtual presentation. Speakers who are chosen will also receive a discount on their registration fee.

Ready to submit a proposal? Use this form to share it with us by April 16.

If you have an idea but you do not think convention is the place for it, we also accept speaker proposals for Hot Topic webinars.

If you have questions about presenting or submitting a proposal, contact Member Services at memberservices@acainternational.org or (800) 269-1607.
