Since the inception of The Hub, technology has evolved. ACA is focused on providing members with the most innovative and convenient methods to connect with each other. On Oct. 1, 2020, ACA launched an industry first: ACA Mobile. ACA Mobile is a free mobile app—available on Google Play and the App Store—carefully tailored for professionals in the accounts receivable management industry. The app may be used on your smartphone or tablet.
Now that you have ACA at your fingertips, it’s easier than ever to connect with industry professionals through a feature on the app called The ACA Forums. Here’s how to access it: Open the app. Click through the main three-bar menu icon, and then select “Forums.” There, conversations are cultivated just like they are on The Hub.
Looking ahead, The Hub will be archived at the end of 2020, and all Hub communities will be moved to the “Forums” feature in ACA Mobile. The Hub’s archived conversations will continue to be accessible to all ACA members, and the new communities on the app will be secured to members-only access.
Starting Monday, Dec. 14, Hub conversations will begin to be archived, and members are encouraged to post all new comments in the Forums feature within the ACA Mobile app.
