Since bridging the gap between compliance and using modern technology can be tricky for the most seasoned accounts receivable management industry professional, ACA has set up a complimentary Hot Topic Seminar to help listeners learn about trends in operations, financial services, payments and more.
Scheduled for Feb. 7, the Hot Topic Seminar titled Top Five Collection Trends to Watch for in 2019 is sponsored by PayNearMe.
“Our goal is to ensure the audience is aware of the technology advancements happening in the general payment space and how this translates into the collection space,” said John Minor, lead of the product and support team at PayNearMe.
Minor and Lucy Orsi, strategic sales executive at PayNearMe will highlight five trends in the industry during the seminar. Jody Hammarquist, director of operations at FMS Inc., will join the discussion as well and share her insights during a Q&A.
This seminar will be valuable for a variety of professionals in the ARM industry, from those involved in the collection process with consumers and information technology staff to collection managers and compliance leaders, according to Orsi and Minor.
“Legislation, regulation and compliance add some barriers, but the reality is that movements like digital presentment and engaging with consumers where they are, such as a mobile device, are important,” Minor said. “We’re trying to help overcome those challenges.”
PayNearMe is the industry’s only platform that facilitates all payment types – cash, debit and ACH.
