Student loan payment assistance benefits are drawing new hires to certain employers.


A majority of Millennials surveyed said student loan payment assistance is a desireable job benefit, CNBC reports. Eighty-five percent responded, “they would accept one job offer over another if it included help paying back their student loans. Thirty-six percent would stay more than a year longer for it,” according to the article.

Milennials new to the workforce also say they would prefer student loan repayment assistance over health insurance and 401(k) contributions.
