Upcoming Education: Learn Management Best Practices and Earn Designations in New Express Format

New education opportunities are planned for November as part of ACA International’s Hot Topic webinar series covering collector development, legal, compliance and operations topics, plus a wild card session. If you’re interested in speaking as part of ACA’s webinars, learn more here. Members interested in ongoing education for their company through ACA are encouraged to sign up for the All-Access Training Zone, which provides access to all online education at one low price. 

Plus, ACA recently launched new Express scheduling to make it easy for members to plan professional development and earn designations.

Courses required for a featured designation will be scheduled in a weekly Monday/Wednesday/Friday series from 9:30-11 a.m. CDT, and are included for members who have purchased the All-Access Training Zone. ACA is also offering digital badges for members to proudly display their ACA designations through their email accounts, social media and websites.

In this presentation, Certified Instructor Irene Hoheusle, vice president of collections and education at Account Recovery Specialists Inc., will discuss how a call with a consumer can easily can fall off track and how you can get the call back where it needs to be. Understanding techniques and how to control your behavior will be key to understanding how to reach a consumer quickly to help the average person be more cooperative and help the upset person to calm down.
