Economic Impact Study 2019: We Need Your Input

As the leading voice of the accounts receivable management industry, it is critically important for ACA International to provide consumers, policymakers, the media and other interested stakeholders with a complete picture of the economic impact of the U.S. debt collection industry. To do this, ACA International conducts a regular study and analysis of the industry’s key metrics to include total debt collected, commissions, fees earned, number of employees, charitable contributions, etc.

ACA International relies on its members to assist in developing and shaping this study by participating in a brief survey. To professionally administer it, ACA International hired Kaulkin Ginsberg, the foremost strategic advisor to the outsourced business services (OBS) industry. Their research team continually works with clients to collect, analyze and release important industry-specific data. Kaulkin Ginsberg is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your data. Only Kaulkin Ginsberg personnel responsible for the survey will receive the responses and individual data, which will not be released in connection with your company or name. The results will only be released in aggregate form.

Your information is critical to the study’s success—and to ACA International’s stellar reputation as the industry’s go-to resource for relevant information. ACA International hopes you will use the survey link provided by Kaulkin Ginsberg to answer the survey questions.

ACA International thanks you in advance for your efforts, and looks forward to sharing the results. The industry only gets this chance once every few years, so let’s make it count!
