ACA International has a variety of Core courses on accounts receivable management (ARM) industry trends and regulations, such as data privacy and collection industry compliance, to help members achieve ACA’s designations.
Cost-savings tip: If your company has multiple people attending ACA’s webinars, consider investing in the All-Access Training Zone, which includes bundled education from ACA at one low price.
Core Courses
Core courses help you earn designations available through ACA. Our Designation Express education vehicle launched earlier this year allows members to work toward designations on a consistent weekly schedule and network with ACA leaders and members.
To learn more about our Core courses and Designation Express, visit our designations webpage. If you can’t attend these live courses, check out ACA Core Curriculum On Demand.
Here are the Core courses planned for September.
PCS Express: Essential Collection Skills and Techniques
Effective communication is the cornerstone of collections. Using a set of three Essential Collection Skills and Techniques and a roadmap of eight Collection Call Checkpoints, this course, led by Teri Plunkett, regional director of client services at Professional Finance Company Inc., emphasizes positive verbal communication, keen listening skills, professional questioning and negotiation techniques to build rapport with consumers, obtain accurate information, and overcome stalls and objections to achieving payment.
This course is from 12 to 1:30 p.m. CDT Sept. 22-24. Visit the course webpage to register.
