Join this Hot Topic for a Q&A focused on a step-by-step reopening program to return qualified employees to work. Even if these steps are further in the future for some employers than others, the time to begin thinking about these issues is now, because with these next steps comes a whole new set of labor and employment challenges. We will address topics under Title VII, the ADA, FMLA, the FFCRA, CARES, and the FLSA.
