David A. King, president of Number Sentry, will present on the latest in call blocking and labeling data Thursday, May 14. The facts are in: Carriers and app-providers disproportionally block outbound calls placed by the accounts receivable management (ARM) industry. King will look at a recent study that measured exactly who is labeling and blocking your calls and to what extent this is happening. King will also offer tips on how ARM professionals can protect outbound calls and increase your call completion rates.
The last Daily Huddle of the week will feature helpful tips on Planning for Tomorrow Today: a checklist for managing what you have done and what you need to do for your "new normal" business on Friday, May 15. Dennis J. Barton III, owner and managing attorney, Barton Law Group, will moderate the discussion with Katherine R. O’Brien, Esq., compliance officer, in-house counsel, Jefferson Capital Systems LLC. Barton and O’Brien will touch on hardship policies, debt collection operational impacts, legal collection pitfalls to avoid and factors to consider in unwinding the rush to remote work arrangements.
