The end of October is here, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s latest rulemaking agenda would signal that its release of the debt collection rule is imminent.
ACA International is ready for the release of the final rule, which will be the biggest development in the accounts receivable management (ARM) industry since the passage of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act more than 40 years ago.
ACA’s panel of experts is standing by to quickly review the comprehensive rule and will be providing detailed analysis and compliance resources.
After the rule is announced, ACA will begin hosting a series of ACA Huddle webinars on weekdays—for ACA members only.
Thank you to our existing sponsors Hinshaw & Culberston LLP, Ontario Systems, RevSpring Inc. and Venable LLP for supporting the series and making it complimentary for members.
