ConServe, an ACA International member company in Fairport, N.Y., has once again earned a spot on Training magazine’s annual Training Top 125, a listing of organizations with the most successful learning and development programs in the world.
Training magazine evaluates and subsequently compiles an international standing of companies that excel in employer-sponsored training and human capital development programs. Ranked No. 43, this is ConServe’s fourth time on the list for having a world-class training curriculum, according to a news release. Their ranking continues to climb every year.
“To be recognized as a Training Top 125 company for a fourth consecutive year is a tremendous achievement. We are very proud to have an organizational development team comprised of talented professionals who are committed to the personal and professional growth of our entire team,” Will Maron, director of organizational development at ConServe, said in the news release. “It is through their efforts that ConServe’s vision becomes reality: We will provide continuous training for all employees, thereby empowering them to deliver exemplary service in a consistent, compliant, and professional manner.”
Additionally, ConServe’s new onboarding program, aimed at coordinating more closely with their mentoring and employee orientation curriculum, has been recognized as exceptional and has been spotlighted as a Best Practice among the other Top 125 participants. Developed and implemented in 2016, the program was effectively solidified and enhanced throughout 2017.
“This validation of our consistent, collaborative efforts directly translates to the overall benefit of our organization, our workforce and, ultimately, our highly-valued clients,” Maron said.
Training magazine Editor-in-Chief Lorri Freifeld said the companies recognized “are game changers. They constantly look for innovative ways to effectively deliver and measure employee training, and they are rewarded with an engaged, passionate workforce and organizational success. Congratulations to these stellar organizations for their unwavering commitment to learning and employee growth!”
