ACA International member company ConServe recently announced that they were named a 2021 Workplace Wellness Award recipient by the Rochester Business Journal (RBJ) for Employer of the Year. This recognition will be the second year in a row for the company, based in Fairport, New York.
“This year’s workplace wellness honorees lead, innovate, promote good health and encourage others during these challenging times,” said Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, senior group publisher of the Rochester Business Journal in a news release from ConServe. “Workplace wellness programs can reduce employees’ health care utilization, enhance their productivity and, most importantly, improve their quality of life. We at the Rochester Business Journal congratulate these organizations for their tremendous efforts.’
The winners will be honored during a video presentation from June 21-25 on rbj.net and on the RBJ's social media accounts. ConServe’s video spotlight will be featured on June 23, 2021.
“We are honored once again to be recognized by the RBJ as a workplace wellness honoree,” said George Huyler, vice president of human resources at ConServe. “The health and wellbeing of our employees and their families is very important to us and we remain committed to investing in our employees by providing them with extensive support and comprehensive benefit packages. Our top three wellness programs include improving employee health and wellbeing— mentally, physically and emotionally—lowering health care costs and making access to healthcare easier for our employees and their families.”
