Collecting on Medical Accounts? Receive Guidance for Working With Clients and Consumers Aug. 14

Irene Hoheusle, IFCCE, CCCO, vice president of collections and education at Account Recovery Specialists Inc., will present a comprehensive Hot Topic Seminar Aug. 14 designed for collectors and management  working on health care accounts.

Building Rock Star Health Care Collectors will teach attendees new ways to look at sensitive situations that arise when processing a medical debt account, such as the difference between working with a consumer who received medical attention, which often is created out of necessity, compared to debt created by choice. 

Participants will leave this seminar with guidance on how to phrase questions, sample questions and responses that will yield the information you need to help a consumer and client resolve their account.

Hoheusle will also provide tips on how to hire collectors to work with health care clients and how to mentor and motivate them to be the best they can be.
