ACA International member Coast Professional Inc. recently promoted several dedicated employees and added a new business project manager to the New York office.

  • Brooke Singletary, who is instrumental in achieving the company’s client growth and sales targets, was promoted to vice president of business development. She began her career at Coast in 2012 as the marketing coordinator, and later became the director of sales and marketing. In 2018 she was promoted to senior director of business development. “Brooke’s ability to get things done, coupled with her exemplary leadership skills, makes her one of the most dynamic sales and marketing leaders in the business,” said Coast Chief Operating Officer Jonathan Prince. “The work she has done over the last 12 months speaks volumes about her drive and interpersonal skills. Brooke’s outreach efforts have led to the implementation of important company milestones.”
  • In November 2019, Coast promoted Chad Reese and Randy Diffy to director of operations. Reese is based at the company’s Elma, New York office, while Diffy works from the West Monroe, Louisiana, office. Reese started with Coast in 2018 as a rehabilitation manager and quickly advanced his career to director of operations. He now oversees 45 employees and is responsible for the continued performance of one of the company’s federal government contracts. Diffy began his career with Coast in 2014 in an administrative support role. He was promoted to manager of operations in 2016 and to director of operations in 2019. He oversees the company’s higher education business line and the administrative teams. “Both Chad and Randy are dedicated, hard-working employees who earned their promotions by adhering to and upholding Coast’s core values,” Prince said. “They are both experts in this field and are bringing over 23 years of combined industry experience to their new positions. We truly believe in the advantages of promoting internally and recognizing our employees for their hard work, knowledge, and skills. Chad and Randy are a perfect example of this mentality.”
  • And, in December 2019 Debbie Blanc joined the Coast team as business project manager in the Geneseo, New York office. Blanc specializes in business development, product research, recruiting initiatives, data analysis and customer relationship management. She is responsible for providing oversight and management of Coast’s large-scale corporate initiatives, including developing formalized project plans and contracts. “Debbie is bringing over 25 years of leadership and experience to our Coast team,” said Chief Human Resources Officer Michele Malczewski. “She is an expert in developing high-performing teams and her skills align perfectly with Coast’s strategic goals. Debbie will bring immense value and knowledge to Coast and I’m excited to welcome her to our ever-growing team.”
  • In January 2020, Tyler Copeland advanced from his role as director of operations to senior director of operations at Coast’s headquarters in Geneseo. Copeland joined Coast in 2011 as a collection supervisor and quickly advanced his career to collection manager. In 2016, he was promoted to director of operations. In his new position as senior director of operations, Copeland will be responsible for overseeing the company’s subcontractors and will manage its training and development. “Tyler’s promotion is a result of his dedication to this company and his commitment to uphold Coast’s core values,” Prince said.
