Chris Brown Takes on New Role as Vice President of Operations at Coast Professional Inc.
ACA International member company employee manages operations at two office locations focusing on growth, leadership and improving the lives of staff and consumers.

Longtime Coast Professional Inc. employee Chris Brown is among top leaders of the ACA International member company upon his promotion to the role of vice president of operations. Brown is now responsible for managing Coast’s operations department at both the West Monroe, La., and Elma, N.Y., offices. He oversees the operational activities of the company in accordance with company policies, goals and objectives.
“Chris displays the characteristics of a true leader: he is diligent in his effort to better the lives of his staff and consumers; he is strategic in his actions and is dedicated to always doing the right thing,” Brian Davis, CEO and co-chairman of the board, said in a news release. “Chris has proven his ability to generate growth, establish rapport with staff, and think on his feet. Through his nearly nine years with the company, Chris has become an important member of our executive team.”
Brown joined Coast in 2010 as the financial controller and continually expanded his position culminating in his current role as vice president of operations. He holds the Credit and Collections Compliance Office (CCCO) designation from ACA International and was also named to the Top 20 Under 40 list in 2014 by the Northeast Louisiana Young Professionals.
Brown also manages the operations of the company’s large government and campus-based contracts, including achieving performance targets, identifying areas for process improvement, and team performance. He now leads more than 100 operations staff and three directors.
“Chris has been part of the company’s significant growth periods, especially our recent growth in the last year,” Everett Stagg, president and board co-chairman, said in the news release. “His efforts have generated substantial efficiencies, created stronger revenue, and positively impacted the lives of consumers and staff.”
