As ACA International plans our 2020 Virtual Annual Convention and Expo with new and exciting options for members and accounts receivable management industry (ARM) professionals, we are looking for speakers to provide an extra boost to the two-day online event July 15-16.
Submit a proposal to ACA’s 2020 Virtual Annual Convention Today!
In this world of ever-accelerating change, leaders in the ARM industry must, now more than ever, continuously learn, adapt, and leverage new tools to ensure that their organizations are fueled for the future.
We are looking for forward-thinking speakers to help participants discover ways to drive through this revised version of normal. This could be through new services, learning how to be more agile as an organization, continuing to embrace the digital transformation, finding purpose in a changing business model and exploring new ways of working.
All sessions will be presented via a virtual platform with the ability for attendees to ask questions and participate in facilitated discussions with speakers.
Potential topics to be discussed include:
- Compliance – What’s New, What’s The Same, What’s Reinvented.
- Understanding of Today’s Legal Landscape and Preparing for What’s Ahead
- Rising Up, Transforming and Triumphing Over the Unpredictable
- Recruitment: Hiring and Onboarding to Build Agility
- The Neuroscience of Culture Change and Company Health/Collector Heath
- Transparency, Empowerment, and Change on The Front Lines
- Leading Leadership to Change
- Building Our Resilience and Influence
- Leading Through Business Model Disruption
- State Licensing Changes and Expectations
- The Changing Role of Today’s Collector
- Economic/Industry Trends
To submit a proposal, please complete this form by the end of day Sunday, May 17. If you have any questions, please contact Kelly Sieberg at [email protected].
Note: If you previously submitted an RFP last November for consideration for the in-person Convention and feel that your topic is still timely and relevant, please email [email protected] to let us know the details of that submission so we can include it in the list for consideration for the new virtual event.
