Budgeting and Employee Retention Tips on Deck for Upcoming Hot Topic Seminars

ACA International is offering two upcoming Hot Topic Seminars aimed at employee retention and improving your business.

On April 26, learn about budget strategies from Tina Hanson, IFCCE, executive vice president of State Collection Service Inc. in Beloit, Wis., and William Hopkinson, IFCCE, president and CEO at Valley Credit Service Incorporated in Charlottesville, Va.

Basic Budgeting Principles and Converting a Budget to Actionable KPIs, scheduled for 11 a.m. Central April 26, and will help attendees understand fixed and variable costs, and how to transform a “future business plan” into actionable targets that get results.  Excel spreadsheet templates will be provided.

Next month, May 17, Pamela Kirchner, president, CEO and director of BCA Financial Services in Miami, will cover tips for attracting and retaining first-rate employees.

During the seminar, Recruitment and Retention, Kirchner will explain how retention is the key to success and integral to growth. She will also share how to implement simple and effective strategies to keep great employees at your company over time.
