U.S. Rep. Josh Gottheimer, D-N.J., stepped out of a closed-door Democratic Caucus meeting recently to talk with ACA International board members Rick Perr, attorney, Fineman, Krekstein and Harris, and Kevin Baich, vice president at Day Knight & Associates. Perr and Baich were in D.C. Nov. 28, the day House Democrats overwhelmingly voted in favor (203 to 32 with three blank and one absent) of former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., in her bid to secure the caucus nomination for the speakership in the 116th Congress.
