Effective Performance Management
Certified Instructor LaDonna Bohling, chief compliance officer at Receivable Solutions LLC, will provide an overview of skills to effectively coach and manage your team at noon CDT, Thursday Aug. 20.
Blueprint Foundational Training
Instructors will provide training on the Blueprint Quality Management System (formerly the Professional Practice Management System) and new materials that focus on contemporary methods, programs and circumstances. Blueprint-certified agencies have access to modern sales and marketing strategies for reaching out to members, vendors, creditors and law firms directly. The training is from noon to 1:30 p.m. CDT Aug. 25-27.
How to Handle Credit Disputes and Make Money Doing It
August’s legal and compliance webinar will focus on credit reporting, specifically how to handle credit disputes and make money doing it, at 2 p.m. CDT, Tuesday, Aug. 18.
Dennis Barton III, owner and managing attorney at The Barton Law Group LLC, and Michael Klutho, shareholder at Bassford Remele, will review how achieving a perfect balance between compliance and operational money-making is the key to running a successful collection agency.
Hot Topic: Grow Through What You Go Through
Learn from presenters Samantha Deines, who holds a master’s degree in mental health counseling and is dedicated to the organizational development spectrum of people’s development, and Kendra Richman, director of organizational development at UnityPoint Health Waterloo, Iowa, for a session on what they have learned in their work with the health care workers on the frontline of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The webinar is scheduled for 2 p.m. CDT, Wednesday, Aug. 19.
Hot Topic: Safely Onboarding New Employees in a Pandemic
The global pandemic has required organizations to alter standard business processes rapidly, including safely onboarding new employees. Join leaders from State Collection Service in Madison, Wisconsin, at 2 p.m. CDT Thursday, Aug. 20, to learn how they completed required paperwork for new hires, training, and critical employee engagement in a fully remote environment.
COO Tracy Dudek, Director of Patient Engagement Brandi Rudd, and Chief Human Resources Officer Judy Gray will lead this webinar based on their experience having previously onboarded a completely remote team a few years ago.
