Education-focused event includes curriculum to earn or renew ACA International designations March 14-16, 2018.
ACA International is offering the complete curriculum to earn or renew professional designations during the new and improved Campus ACA Academy at Spring Forum & Expo, March 14-16, 2018 at the M Resort Spa Casino in Henderson, Nev.
The new and improved education-focused event, perfect for professionals on any level, brings in experts in management, compliance and legal as well as the opportunity to meet with colleagues and vendors.
Curriculum is available to help you earn the Credit and Collection Professional (CCCP), Credit and Compliance Officer (CCCO), Collection Industry Professional (CIP) and Professional Collection Management (PCM) Designations.
The CIP designation is a new opportunity recognizing individuals who have a management role in any part of an organization. Individuals who want to pursue this designation must also hold the Professional Collection Specialist (PCS) certificate. The PCS certificate can be obtained after pursuing a CIP designation.
Targeted courses such as Effective Performance Management and Successful Hiring Strategies as well as the comprehensive Introduction to Collection Industry Compliance are available as part of the CIP designation curriculum.
Advanced courses on compliance, data security and privacy, policies and procedures and more are on the agenda for professionals interested in the CCCO designation, which lets your colleagues and clients know that you have the advanced, in-depth, compliance strategy knowledge necessary to thrive in the industry.
For individuals who hold the Professional Collection Specialist (PCS) Certificate, further your education with curriculum tailored to managing collections and the collection floor at your agency. The PCM designation curriculum includes opportunities to learn about Exceptional Leadership, Building High Performing Teams and Effective Performance Management. The PCS certificate can be obtained after pursuing a PCM designation.
There are some courses that apply to both the PCM and CIP designations. Visit ACA International’s website for more details on each designation.
