Alliant Capital Management, an ACA International member company located in Buffalo, New York, hosted a food drive for St Luke’s Mission of Mercy Church during the holiday season. The goal of the drive was to provide meals for the homeless in their local community, according to a news release.
The company recognized that the COVID-19 pandemic has caused hardships in the community, and took the opportunity to support the efforts of St. Luke’s Mission of Mercy to bring comfort and joy to those who needed it. By donating non-perishable food items, the Alliant team sought to help provide holiday meals for their neighbors in need.
“The greater Buffalo area is our community, and we want to support those who are struggling with food insecurity,” said Vice of Operations Ed LoVallo. “We see and feel the struggles that our neighbors are facing. Through this company-wide food drive, we want to bring food and hope to those who need it most. We admire the compassion and kindness of our team members and their added efforts to deliver holiday cheer and much-needed meals throughout our community during these difficult times.”
