ACA International is returning to Chicago for the 2019 Fall Forum & Expo (#ACAFallForum19) with educational sessions tailored toward health care, legal and operations Nov. 6-8, 2019.
Registration is open now for the industry’s premier fall conference at The Drake Hotel, also featuring exhibitors with solutions for businesses as well as networking opportunities.
Educational sessions include:
- Health Care: Understanding A Changing Industry
These sessions cover multiple facets of health care collections including billing, disputes, regulations, hiring and industry trends. - Legal: Attorney Education with CLE Credits
The education sessions created by attorneys for attorneys include the opportunity to earn seven CLE credits while networking with ACA member agencies and attorney colleagues. - Operations: The CFPB, Technology & The Future
What impact will the CFPB proposed rule changes have upon the ARM industry? With these changes, how will organizations leverage the use of technologies currently available and now projected to be permitted by the regulators? With new rules, new technologies and new approaches to recoveries how should you operationally adjust your focus and manage your human resources? The operations sessions at Fall Forum will cover how the new CFPB rules will affect how you do business, how you manage your vendors and a deeper dive of what we can expect for the future. Before Fall Forum, there is also the opportunity to weigh in on the proposed CFPB rule through ACA's grassroots campaign. ACA is also currently accepting proposals for the operations sessions on innovative technology for collection agencies, the future of technology in the industry, artificial intelligence, virtual collections and speech analytics.
