Trending industry topics including the debt collection rulemaking, data security and machine learning with input from ACA International leaders are on deck for the 2019 Annual North American Collection Agency Regulators Association (NACARA) Conference Sept. 16-18 at the Eldorado Hotel and Spa in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
While the first day of the conference includes meetings for regulators, industry professionals are encouraged to attend this important event Sept. 17 and 18.
The conference provides an opportunity for professionals to interact with state regulators and educate them about running an accounts receivable management industry company.
ACA Vice President of Government and State Affairs Andrew Madden will speak during the general session and debt collection update Tuesday, Sept. 17.
Stephanie Eidelman, CEO of InsideARM, will moderate a discussion on artificial intelligence technology while TrueAccord Vice President of Legal Kelly Knepper-Stephens and Head of Data Sophie Benbenek will review the machine learning process during morning sessions Sept. 17.
